Support Service Analyst

Purpose of Job:
To process and handle accounts operations- end to end cycle of AP and AR functions
Job Responsibilities:
Section 1: Accounting of AP and AR and Reporting
Accurate processing of all accounts payables and receivables, proper accounting in ERP. and proper accounting of TDS and GST
Section 2: Employee Reimbursements
Accurate processing of employee reimbursements, Proper accounting in ERP
Section 3: Bank Reconciliation
Preparing proper Bank Reconciliation-daily, monthly
Section 4: Fixed Assets
Prepare Fixed Asset Register and validate in ERP. Proper capitalisation of Fixed Assets in ERP, Accurate accounting of depreciation and impairment of assets
Section 5: Leadership Support
Assisting leadership roles in the annual budgeting and planning process; Review of budget and comparing to actual results with a view to identifying, explaining and correcting variances as appropriate
Qualifications:
Education: Post Graduate in Commerce or MBA Finance or CA Inter/ICWA Inter
Work Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years
