SITEL Mumbai is hiring for International Technical Support Voice Process.

Job Details:

1. Age: 20 years to 35 years

2. Minimum Qualification Intermediate (HSC+)+6 Month Bpo exp.

3. Maximum Qualification Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)+BPO Exp

4. Experience Any Under Grad or Graduate Freshers (Printers and Technical knowledge).

5. Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English

6. Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)

Salary: As per Market Standards

Requirement:-

• Printer Support
• Skill Set Core technical Knowledge , thorough knowledge printers , hardware and software . With Excellent communication skills.
• Rounds of Interview HR+ VS+ Tech Test ( 80 % Passing ) + Ops round
• BGV Cibil Check , Drug test , Additional address Check ( 3rd Address and ID roof mandatory eg: Passport / Driving License / Voter ID )
• Audits Strong Audit in terms of skill set checks performed and tech tests conducted

Job Profile:

1. International Voice (Technical Support)

• Responsibility: Provide Technical Support to International Customers
• Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
• Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
• Must Have strong Technical Knowledge(Hardware, Software and networking Concepts)
• Working Days: 5 days working
• Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)
• Transport: Home Pickup and Home Drop.
• Rounds of Interview: HR, Voice and Accent, Tech Test, Operations Round, Drug Test, Background verification.

All Interviews will happen over telephonic and WhatsApp Video Call
