Firstsource is hiring for International Chat process (Work from Home)
Location - Mumbai Only.
Job responsibilities-
- Require candidates with excellent communication skills (verbal/written).
- Respond to queries from customer through chat.
- Guide the customer to relevant web pages in the client website.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Candidates should be comfortable to work in Night /Graveyard shift.
- 5 days working and 2 Rotational Off (depending on requirement).
- HSC + 6 months of Chat experience
- Graduate Freshers or Graduate + 6 months of Chat experience
- Salary range- 15000 to 20000
- Age limit- Max upto 35years
- Transport boundary
- Western line- Churchgate to Virar
- Central line- CST to Thane
- Harbour line- CST to Vashi
- Educational documents ( all originals)
- Experience documents (Offer letter, Relieving letter, last 3 months payslip /bank statement)
- Aadhar card, Pancard
