Job Description

We are hiring for Inside sales for Flipkart on a third party payroll 1year contract basis(extendable based on performance)

Location: Bengaluru

Roles and Responsibilities

- Onboard high-quality sellers, with the potential to grow exponentially with the platform, through the seller acquisition process.

- Build a strong pipeline of a potential seller, using the existing lead leads or by generating new leads, in the high growth categories identified for the quarter

- Develop a thorough understanding of the internal processes and onboarding guidelines

- Fix appointments with the sellers, convince them to come onto the Flipkart marketplace, and assist at every stage of the process till the time the seller goes Live on the platform. 

- Collaborating effectively with internal teams, cross-functional teams to solve any seller issues in onboarding

- Complete ownership of making a sellers' catalog live on Flipkart and delivering daily/weekly/monthly targets. 

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong listening and sales skills.

- Exceptional customer service skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Lead generation/outbound calls/Cold calling

- Comfortable to operate in result-driven environments

Education: any graduation

Industry: Any Industry/ preferably ecomm

CTC: 3- 4 LPA
