Immediate requirement for a Guest Relation Assistant / Front Office Executives at our Hyderabad location.

JOB Role :

  • Welcome the guest and deal promptly with their requests and queries. Collecting guest feedback forms.

JOB Description :

Day to- Day responsibilities include.

  • Wlcome guests during check-in and giving a fond farewell to guest while checkout.
  • Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.
  • Providing excellent customer service as per standards.
  • Maintain up-to date information on Park rates, current promotions, offers and packages & facilities.
  • Collect Guest feedback during guest departure along with his likes and dislikes.
  • Should be able to handle all guests without prejudice.
  • Planning & Execution of daily activities of your reporting authorities.

Qualificaion(s) / Skills

  • Minimum Intermediate ( 10+2 )
  • Basic Computer Proficiency
  • Excellent Communication & Listening Skills.
  • Should be Confident, Self-Motivated, and Team player
  • Must possess strong organization time management skills, attention to detail.
  • Must be guest service focused and a team player.
  • Must be able to work shifts - days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
