Position: Graphic Designer
Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon/ Hyderabad/Chennai
Employment Type: Full Time
Work type: Hybrid (3 days from Office)
Working Hours: 6:30 PM - 03:30 AM (IST)

The Associate Graphic Designer thinks about design from the inside out, where understanding the end goal is as important as the first round.
Responsibilities:
Partner with AOR Art teams as graphic design talent
Design layouts for 4+ color ads, brochures, collateral materials, etc.
Design layouts for digital/interactive projects (web, mobile, PDF)
Create logos, chart work, line art, etc.
Manipulate photographs for basic comp work such as scanning, silhouetting and light re-touching
Liaise with Workflow managers and Production studio for seamless file hand off for Mechanical build
Build print and digital mechanicals when required.
Assist with prep and release of digital files for submission to print vendors(pre-press) and digital vendors in conjunction with Production Department when required.
Monitor new technologies for opportunities to improve the overall creative product of the Design Studio
Requirements:
Strong design background
Ability to take creative direction
Advanced knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator
Solid knowledge of Acrobat and Photoshop
Adept at building die lines
Working knowledge of PowerPoint and both PC and Mac operating systems.
Working understanding of Photoshop layer comps
Familiarity with HTML and CSS
Familiarity of grid systems and pixel perfect layouts
Ability to optimize graphics files for web
Sketch preferred but not required.
Ability to convey thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written format
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to build strong relationships with client and agency team members
Design related major or equivalent work experience
