The Front office cum HR Trainee will be responsible for ensuring effectiveness of daily Front Office activities and will help HR department in daily activities.

Required Candidate profile
- Preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form
- Dealing with queries at on the phone and by email
- Greeting visitors at the reception
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings (if required)
- Arranging post and deliveries
- Taking minutes at meetings
- Typing up letters and reports
- Handling responsibility of front office.
- Attend Visitors and maintaining registers.
- Updating computer records using a database
- Maintaining files and documents
- Printing and photocopying
- Ordering office supplies
- Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR, Admin
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 6 months of experience in corporate / co-working space (Freshers can also apply)
- Good communications skills
- Proficient in English and Hindi
- Handling Emails / Excel / Word / Reporting
- Proactive and team player
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Work from Office)
- Shift timings : 9:00am to 6:00pm
