Roles and Responsibilities
1) Hiring bike delivery executives
2) Using different sources to hire delivery executive
3) Ensure all Gaps are filled within time line
4) Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management .
5) mnage to ensure all sourcing channels are sufficiently utilized, including but not limited to employee referrals, Social media , events, job fairs, field sourcing etc.
6) Manage well on all the data associated with the recruitment process. Possess data-driven thinking and systematic approaches in achieving the operation excellence
