Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for recruiters who have been working in the same area and can build relationship with the candidates and consultants, We are looking for a Digital and Field Recruiter to join and expand the manpower count.
Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing ,screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
Confident, Smart & Presentable Experience: (1-2 years).
Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for the entire interview process.
Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement.
Co-ordination with the candidates and clients.
