Required Experience: 0-6 years of experience in Recruitment
Work Location: Gurugram/Gurgaon - Work from office(All 5 days)
Qualifications: Graduation/Post Graduation in any domain, preferably MBA in HR from a college of repute
Role & Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Selection of qualified and suitable candidates for both technical and non-technical positions in the organization based on the approved manpower budget.
- Handle the entire recruitment cycle and source candidates of suitable caliber from various sources like Job Portals, Postings, Walk-ins, Social Media, and Internal or External References.
- Manage profiles through referrals.
- Coordinate directly with the Technical Leads, Managers, and Technical Recruitment Team to define the selection process.
- Extensively follow-up to expedite the selection process and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Create and maintain MIS on a Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis.
- Coordinate in the timely release of job postings.
- Participate in conducting Interview Tests / Evaluations.
- Update the Recruitment Management System(RMS) on a regular basis.
Required Skill-Set
- Strong Analytical, Problem Solving Skills, participation in all activities with urgency, a results orientation, and a strong work ethic.
- Strong experience in hunting the right candidates from various Job portals, Social Media, Job Consultants, and other sourcing mechanisms.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft & G Suite.
- Good experience in Vendor Management.
- Self-starter and a good team player with a high sense of ownership.
- Employee-centric and positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and has an internal drive to produce high-quality work.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Excellent team player with strong skills in Research, Analysis, and Coordination.
- Ability to incorporate new processes as required.
