Job Description

Required Experience: 0-6 years of experience in Recruitment

Work Location: Gurugram/Gurgaon - Work from office(All 5 days) 

Qualifications: Graduation/Post Graduation in any domain, preferably MBA in HR from a college of repute

Role & Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Selection of qualified and suitable candidates for both technical and non-technical positions in the organization based on the approved manpower budget.
  • Handle the entire recruitment cycle and source candidates of suitable caliber from various sources like Job Portals, Postings, Walk-ins, Social Media, and Internal or External References.
  • Manage profiles through referrals.
  • Coordinate directly with the Technical Leads, Managers, and Technical Recruitment Team to define the selection process.
  • Extensively follow-up to expedite the selection process and ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Create and maintain MIS on a Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis.
  • Coordinate in the timely release of job postings.
  • Participate in conducting Interview Tests / Evaluations.
  • Update the Recruitment Management System(RMS) on a regular basis.

Required Skill-Set

  • Strong Analytical, Problem Solving Skills, participation in all activities with urgency, a results orientation, and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong experience in hunting the right candidates from various Job portals, Social Media, Job Consultants, and other sourcing mechanisms.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft & G Suite.
  • Good experience in Vendor Management.
  • Self-starter and a good team player with a high sense of ownership.
  • Employee-centric and positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated and has an internal drive to produce high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent team player with strong skills in Research, Analysis, and Coordination.
  • Ability to incorporate new processes as required.
