PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To India / USA process of processing of Item creation processing of Invoicing, E way bill creation, creation of delivery challan, MIRO and MIGO with high quality as per agreed timelines and managing issues and resolving them in alignment with business partners. The person will be travelling R and D1, 2 and 3 located at Noida location for store work he will be sitting in anyone of the R and D location and may have to travel to greater Noida when required. The resource should be flexible in India and USA time zones and to work on Saturday/Sunday if required.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Processing
  • Proven track record of operating in a store activities back-office operations covering processes but not limited to: creation of invoices, item code creation, item code updation, item code extension, miro, migo, e way bill creation, e way report preparation, delivery challan against returnable gate pass, delivery challan against non - returnable gate pass, purchase order creation, supplier helpdesk query management,
  • Resolving or identifying issues with invoices and item code creation of materials at respective units.
  • Analysing e way bill report in the system and report to the indirect taxation.
  • Maintain catalogue and database as per standard operating procedure
  • Prepare return purchase order.
  • Support the Audit programs i.e. Statutory and Internal Audit and also support local Audits at Sites by providing schedules in a timely manner.
  • Participate in variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned;
  1. Training and development
  • Taking active participation in the training program during migration of processes and ensuring management of Standard operating procedures ensuring preparation and updates as per scheduled timings.
  • Participate in Corporate training and development programs on a regular basis as assigned or self-nominated
  1. Issue Resolution
  • Ensuring taking lead in issue resolution working closely with Sales, Business Operations, stores, quality and Supplier to get timely resolution of issues e.g. invoice charges, quantity, rate, PO Order compliance, Tax applicability, quality clearance, rejections/returns, revised PO's etc.
  • Track all invoices/material/PO's that have issues, manage aged GR's, payables, material not received issued in time and proactively report issues
  1. Continuous Improvement
  • Participating in ideation process within the organization and ensuring processes are consistently improved by bring in fresh perspective and improving efficiencies
