Job Responsibilities
- Outbound cold-calling & Email marketing to a defined set of target prospect accounts and generating a fixed amount of qualified leads / meetings per month.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Field inbound calls and leads from various sources and qualify for business potential.
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Support the sales lifecycle including lead qualification, pre-sales support and successful transition to Direct Sales.
- Collaborate with marketing, support, sales management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
Qualifications
- Graduates with minimum 1-3 years of experience into inside sales.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Self-driven, motivated & enthusiastic to work independently while part of a team.
- Passionate about building up a career in sales.
- Dealing with US clients, hence it should be comfortable working in US shifts.
