We are hiring Eligiblity Verification/ EVBV specialists in IKS Health
Job Requirement:
-Graduates (Any Stream)
-Minimum 6 months experience in Insurance Eligibility Benefit Verification/Auth/AR calling (Revenue Cycle Management)
-Good Communication skills
-Willing to work the night shift (any 9 hrs. between 5:30 pm 5:30 am)
- Fixed Saturday & Sunday off

Roles and Responsibilities
- Strive to achieve productivity standards.
- Adhere to provided turnaround time requirements.
- Adhere to the companys information security guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing concepts
- Good communication and analytical skills. This process may require any call center skills.
- On-hand experience in Insurance Eligibility Benefit Verification.
- Should have knowledge of Co-pay, Co-insurance, Deductible, and Out of Pocket terminologies.
- Should have knowledge of Provider information, Insurances, and associated plans, checking eligibility, prior authorizations, and Referrals.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
