Please note that this is currently a contractual role with good prospects of conversion in the near future.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and implement sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract passive candidates, simplify processes and find better ways of supporting clients.
- Execute the recommended sourcing strategy using priority-sourcing channels, conduct initial phone screens, and maintain candidate information in Candidate Management System.
- Use professional networking sites, generate market intelligence, competitive mapping across competitor firms.
- Regularly track pipeline, priorities, and performance data to share with internal stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in a domestic sourcing for technical profiles
- Key recruiting skills involving candidate identification, qualification, research and using application tracking systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of recruiting-based websites, applicant tracking systems and creative sourcing techniques.
- Thorough knowledge of boolean search
- A full-time Bachelors' degree
Location (post pandemic): Hyderabad/Bengaluru
Shift timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
