Roles and Responsibilities
Microchips CAD team is looking for a Documentation Consultant to do the following tasks
- Review IP contracts in Sharepoint and in other artefacts and rename the files using specific format:
- Review the agreements to extract details like Number of uses, Program the IP is purchased for (if available), Royalty details if mentioned, Buyout details etc
- Download technical papers and presentation slides from conference web sites
- Rename the file to match the paper title
- Upload the files to intranet using the name of the paper title
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail, an ability to multitask, and work independently and/or as part of a team as the situation demands.
Desired Candidate Profile
Skill Set:
- Good knowledge on English. Ability to understand contract legal terms would be a plus
- Confidence with computers and downloading from websites.
- Experience with Confluence is a plus
- Good interpersonal communication and collaboration
Education: Any undergraduate degree, preferably Engineering
