We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to administer our social media accounts. An Experienced Performance Marketing Manager from e-commerce background

The key objective for the role is to drive User Acquisition growth and you will be responsible for strategy, planning and delivery of Search, Social, Display, Facebook Campaings, Adwords Campaigns, YouTube campaigns, ensuring that the performance meets the User Acquisition & Sales targets.

You will have to plan, implement and measure scalable optimization strategies across facebook, instagram, google, youtubeetc .

Develops strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO, PPC, and other techniques to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services. Creates engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on latest marketing technologies and social media.

Candidate should have minimum 4 years of relevant experience in any Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG or Healthcare Ecommerce Industry.


  • To Execute day-to-day paid advertising campaigns on Facebook & Google Adwords manager.
  • To Effectively apply A/B testing methods.
  • Monitor budgets, ensure accurate tracking, report to stakeholders about day to day performance of campaigns
  • Plan, coordinate and execute all areas of paid advertising campaign by coordinating frequently with designer and copywriter.
  • Improve conversion rate metrics by analyzing the acquisition funnel and come up with retargeting solutions to reduce funnel leakage
  • Dig into daily performance, identify opportunities and adjust budgets and bids
  • Evaluate ROI on ad spend and stop non-performing ads.
  • Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success
  • Execute affiliate, email and referral channels to drive quality traffic to increase conversions
  • Use SEM and SEO to promote online visibility of the brand
  • Analyze online customer segmentation and behavior to optimize campaigns
  • Manage all aspects of the P&L and monitoring of budgets
  • What we are looking for:
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in executing and strategizing User Acquisition & Sale via Facebook Campaigns, Adwords Campaign and through other social media platforms like Instagram, twitter, etc.
  • Experience in devising scalable Paid Social and SEM optimization strategies.
  • Experience in mapping out and improving User Acquisition funnels
  • Prior experience in working in a hyper growth startup environment
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with designers and other members of marketing team in order produce desired output
  • Consistently seek to improve existing processes and strategies
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
