You Will Be – What We Hope You’ll Learn!

• Using digital tools and programs to create engaging Digital Advertisements – Google Ads & Facebook Business Manager.
• Responsible for delivering outstanding marketing, advertising, and promotions – end to end operational executions.
• A go to person — you will be expected to support the team for client operations in a timely manner and gather and analyse information skilfully.
• Understanding team requirements, creating & executing solutions to achieve goals.
• Exercising Quality Control — focusing on improving the quality of all execution tasks and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
• Planner & Organizer – you will be handling multiple requests daily and will be expected to take timely decisions for prioritization of tasks.

You Must Also:

• Be willing to undertake assignments outside the general job description, which might include things such as participation in process design, special pieces of training, and other requirements as needed.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting of performance by program, campaign, channel, etc. and deliver updates to internal partners.
• Work with cross-functional groups (Creative Services, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Campaign Marketing) and assist with operational project management.
• Analysing marketing effectiveness and carrying out A/B testing.
• Mentor — help others in the team to learn and grow at Yashus.

• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. (Native or bilingual English proficiency)

• Google Ads, Analytics or Hubspot certified

Education Requirements – Post Graduate (MBA-Marketing – Communication) / Graduate (Any Discipline)
Candidate Location – Currently staying at Pune
Job Location & Timing – Viman Nagar, Pune, Monday to Saturday 9:15 am to 6:45 PM (100% works from the office)
Stipend – Rs. 10,000 per month
Apprenticeship Duration – 9 Months
