Description
- Installation, managing and troubleshooting Windows Servers, Desktops, Laptops and Mac laptops
- Installation and troubleshooting of Windows operating system issues.
- Installation and management of client required software and provide support for the same locally and remotely.
- Installation of MS office 2016 and configuring outlook on windows and Mac desktop and la
- Knowledge of windows AD server and DHCP, DNS and WSUS servers.
- Knowledge of MS Exchange Server administration, and office 365.
- Windows Active Directory user and group creation, and mailbox creation.
- Installation, administration of corporate Endpoint Security Solution. (MacAfee)
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN and Network Switches. (Layer 3 and Layer 2).
- Basic troubleshooting Knowledge
- Knowledge of troubleshooting Hardware/Network/Application related issues locally and remotely.
- Installation, administration network printers.
- Services desk call resolution within agreed SLAs
- Knowledge of virtualization Microsoft Hyper-V
- Knowledge of helpdesk ticketing system.
- Strong communication skill to interact with global IT team for support.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in computer science.
- Technical Certification: MCSA 2016 is mandatory
