We have an excellent opportunity for Desktop Support Engineer L1 for Pune/ Mumbai/ Dadra Haweli/ Location.(immediate preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responding to client support requests.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
- Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
Desired Candidature
- Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
- Any Graduate can apply
- Minimum 1 Year experience required in MNC
- Excellent interpersonal skills
