  - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Aeronautical)
  - Knowledge on basic Engineering fundamentals
  - Good on communication
  - Career oriented candidates to work on Product Design & Development (Mechanical domain)
  - Knowledge on CAD software is added advantage

Other Requirements :

• Employment and Training Details:
  - On job training for 06 months duration
  - Training area: Product Design & Development, Design of Tools, Gauges and Fixtures, SPM, Manufacturing process planning, GD&T, Product costing, Modeling and Detailing using CAD software, Tool room coordination etc.
  - Eligible candidates will be moved to permanent job roles with in MSQUARE
  - Commercial / Retention bonding applicable as per employee retention policy
