What would you get to do in this role?
- Be an integral part of defining the data consumption strategy across the org. You ll alsomonitor performance trends and influence any interventions, based on performance.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering, and product functions to understand the dataflow and architecture, and find out the best tech solutions from an Analytics standpoint tobuild scalable data models.
- Define processes and best practices when it comes to data modeling, consumption,querying and reporting
- Become SME in the tech stack being used across the different analytics functionalities
and become the go to person for unblocking any tech boundaries
- Mentor other analysts in the team; play an active role in hiring process & new team members onboarding process
What do you need to have to apply for this position?
1-3 years of data analytics experience in relevant roles
Strong data handling, data modeling & data flow understanding
Ability to write complex queries on SQL to manipulate, consolidate multiple data sourcesfor the purpose of dashboarding and analysis
Intuition for data and ability to handle big data sources
Strong working knowledge in Excel and visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau,QlikView
Ability to clearly explain thoughts and ideas either verbally or in the written form.
Candidates who are able to explain the story behind their analysis will find themselves atan advantage
Knowledge on Python is a plus
