Description
Perform timely analysis, qualification & resolution to incoming support requests through phone / email/ chat or escalate to technology team.
Rigorously search & monitor open tickets and resolve them using all applicable internal and external resources.
Participate in creation, update and edit of technical knowledge base articles and other product related documentation and user guides.
Learn product and related add-ons services to an expert level.
Assist with a variety of internal projects aimed at improving the ERP product solution experience for our customers and / or improve the efficiency of the team
Timely Response to Customer Queries and Issues
Timely Resolution of Customer Issues
Timely Escalation and Follow up with Tech Team on Bugs and New Feature Requests
Desired Profile
- Good communication skills.
- Fluency in English & Hindi
