Roles and Responsibilities
- Inbound Customer Support - Voice Process
- Help our clients from the US
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Solve basic issues & answer customer queries
- Provide information
- Create support tickets on the customer's behalf
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 yr Exp in US Voice Process is MANDATORY
- Edu: Graduate or Under-Graduate
- Age: 23-30 yrs
- Good Written & Spoken English
- Must have a personal Laptop + Internet Connection
