We are a fast growing health tech company that focuses on managing chronic issues for the
millenials. Company was launched in Nov, 2020 after rigorous clinical and market research. We
started our journey with managing hair loss and we are laterally moving into other chronic
issues such as cholesterol, Gut issues, Hormonal issues. Our only goal is to help our
patients manage their ailments. We are science agnostic- we are big fans of data backed
science, be it ayurveda, allopathy or nutrition.
Job location : Goregaon East, no work from home.
Designation: Customer Support Executive
Salary: 20k to 23k ( Per month) + Incentives
Experience- Freshers to 5years experienced candidates
Qualification: Any Graduation
Working days: 6 working days

customer experience, health space and discipline is all you need to excel at this role.
1. How much salary can I expect?
Ans. You can expect a minimum salary of 18,000 INR and can go up to 23,000 INR. The
salary offered will depend on your skills, experience and performance in the interview. This is
just a fixed salary. The profile involves an attractive incentive model which will range from
5000 to 20,000 based on performance.
2. What is the eligibility criteria to apply for this job?
Ans. The candidate should be a graduate.
3. Is there any specific skill required for this job?
Ans. The candidate should have Good English skills and sound communication skills for this
job. The candidate should love talking to people and helping them out. Preferred people with
interest in health, food, exercise and science. Candidates with Bsc, BAMS, BHMS and any
nutrition degree are encouraged to apply.
4. What are the timings of the job and how many working days are there?
Ans. It is a Full Time job having timing of 10.00 AM to 8.00PM and will have 6 working days
with a rotational off.

Ans. No, its not a work from home job and can’t be done online
