Roles and Responsibilities

  1. A professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof.
  2. Maintaining records of transactions and interactions.
  3. Responsible for answering queries and assisting customers through chat . Should possess the skills to be able to handle queries from customers in a professional, clear, and concise manner.
