Inbound Customer Service Centre
Handling inbound calls related to pre / post travel / product for Customers worldwide
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OTHER ABILITIES
Communication: Good written and oral communication skills in English
Education qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline
Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint , Excel, Outlook etc.
Should be open to work from office location
