• Anygraduate with at least 1 year of experience with MFI or bank in credit Secured Housing department
• Knowledge of local language and area with good communication skills - local hire
• Computerknowledge in basic and MS-office, should be well versed in income analysis P
• Planthe daily activities and work related requirements including work output andquality of the credit appraisals conducted
• Ensuressuccess and growth of the product by adhering to defined TAT for loan approval.
• Sortout issues arising in the approval process,
• Performanalytical / quantitative analysis of the trends of loan portfolio repaymentsand customer base on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Actas interface between the field, operations, MIS personnel and any other similarrequirements from time to time.
• Co-ordinatewith legal and technical vendors
• Should be comfortablein reading and writing local languages
