Description
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Ability to underwrite for salaried & SENP cases for Hole Loans, Business Loans and Personal Loans with a balance of policy and processes and adequate judgement for prudent portfolio management.
- In-person meetings and discussions with customers
- Responsible for maintaining the processing TAT of the location
- Support and train the team of credit officers along with keeping an oversight of processes and policies
- Participate in and clear regular internal and external audits
- Vendor management, including quality monitoring
Qualification & Experience -
Experience - 2 to 5 years from an organisation of repute who has worked in companies with large volume of secured and unsecured loans processing or worked in a centralised underwriting unit.
Mandatory Qualification - Full time Post Graduation in Finance / MBA/ Chartered Accountant
