Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

To ensure enhancement of visual representation of each Puma store by continuously updating the look and feel of the space.

  • Fostering VM creativity to front end team through VM trainings, Competitions & Store Audits
  • Alpha execution of Resec which includes Campaigns, Seasonal visual change overs and Key story roll outs
  • Responsible for all formats of stores- EBOs, Partner, SIS & LFR
  • A planned journey for the responsible set of stores (beat plan) to be adhered and shared month on month

1. Provide support to store teams to ensure brand and visual merchandising standards are understood and consistently upheld

2. Plan, order and coordinate for VM supplies for seasonal / monthly changes for the set of stores.

3. Train Store Management and Support teams on merchandising standards, proper fixture utilization and techniques

4. Organizing and sending weekly/monthly reports to the Head Office and implementing feedback

5. Maintaining a vendor base for various branded supply elements for the region

6. Fostering VM creativity to front end through VM trainings, Competitions & Store Audits

7. Supporting Key initiatives roll outs by covering all store formats.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Work experience as a Visual Merchandiser including design/ execution

2. Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio

3. Proficiency in Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator with the skill set for MS office (Word/ PowerPoint/ Excel)

4. Well versed with best practices of VM in Global industry

5. Excelling Photography skill

6. Creative and innovative thinker

7. Acing Number game- analyzing and tracking of the executions done

8. Bachelors/Masters degree in Fashion Communication / Fashion Merchandising
