Roles and Responsibilities

Assisting in preparing and filing income tax returns for individuals

Conducting tax research and analysis to provide clients with tax advice and planning strategies

Assisting in tax audits and assessments

Communicating with clients regarding their tax obligations, including answering their questions and addressing any concerns they may have

Keeping up-to-date with changes to tax laws and regulations in India and ensuring that clients are aware of any changes that may affect them

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files and documentation

Supporting senior tax professionals in various tasks and projects as needed

Providing excellent client service and building strong relationships with clients

Desired Candidate Profile

Completed the CA course in India

3-4 years of experience in personal taxation compliance and advisory services

In-depth knowledge of the Income Tax Act and related rules and regulations in India

Experience in handling tax assessments, appeals, and other tax-related disputes

Familiarity with tax preparation software and tools

Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles

Relevant internship or work experience in tax accounting or related field

Chartered Accountant Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team

Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines

Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office suite

Leadership and mentoring skills
