Description
The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Handling customer queries
- Provide information about services
- To convert all enquiries into appointments
- To schedule Appointments
- Follow up with Missed Appointments
- Cold Calling the Database to maximize capacity utilization
Skills:
- Minimum 2 years Call Centre Experience.
- Good Communication Skills and English should be Fluent.
- Outbound sales or lead generation experience is must.
