Bank is looking for deserving young candidates with good communication skills and pleasant personality, who are open for field sales.

Role: Business Development Manager- Emerging Corporate

Reports to: Area Sales Manager-Emerging Corporates

Key Responsibilities :

  • To acquire New to Bank Customers and pursue new business relationships.
  • To reach out to High Net - worth individuals
  • Attract potential customers for Trade & Forex services thus generating fee based revenue.
  • To increase the customer base by developing business relationships with existing customers.
  • Acquire new business by selling Banking products like Savings Account, Current Account,
    Debit/Credit cards and IPG & Asset products.
  • Maintaining & activating customers for Trade transactions within T + 3 months thereby generating value &revenue.
  • Cross selling asset via business banking, loan against property, Home Loan and business loan.
  • Finding new customers from open market by travelling within the local area/branch allotted.

Work Experience :

1-5 yrs of experience in BFSI and NBFC sector only.

Candidates from other industries will not be considered.

Age Criteria :  24 to 30 years

Skills Required: Accounts,Banking,Retail,Field Sales,Cross Selling
