Job Description

VoIP Office has an immediate need for a Business Development Executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Dynamic candidates with Excellent Communication skills.
  • Identifying new sales leads (Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Convincing Skills, Negotiation Skills ).
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on LinkedIn, social media) to Identify New Leads and potential new markets.
  • Researching the Needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Planning and Overseeing New Marketing Initiatives.
  • Attending Conferences, Meetings, and industry Events.
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the companys products.
  • Developing quotes and proposals.
  • Negotiating and Renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
  • Sharing daily reports to respective manager's.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree 1+ years in sales industry / Undergraduate with sales experience.
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Office Timing:

  • Mon to Fri: 1 pm to 10 pm.
  • Saturday-2 to 9 pm.

Salary Range:

  • 1.5 LPA to 3 LPA
