You will start your journey at BYJUS as an individual contributor, working in a team to introduce and showcase the unique way BYJUS-The Learning App helps students learn better. You will also be responsible for mentoring these students and will play a role in their learning journey. Your key role will be to connect with students and parents across the country about one of the world's most loved learning apps and how it will help students learn not just for exams but also beyond. This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes spreading BYJU's unique learning method in your city. Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, and counsel the students on learning pedagogues and the BYJUS personalized learning journey by Cold Calling Mode. You will work 6 days a week, with Tuesday or Wednesday being a week off. Day This Work From Office model of sales will give you exposure to the best of inside sales. 1. Responsible for Parent's Interaction over Tale calling
2. Virtual Demo Conduction with Parents.
3. Responsible for Enrolling parents on BYJU'S Online Learning Platforms.
4. Closing the weekly Expectations and Deliverables of Enrollment to process products.

STRUCTURE Of the BDT Training Program :

The 6 weeks of ATP is divided into 2 phases, 2 weeks of Class Room Training(CRT) and 4 weeks of On Job Training(OJT) - for Only Inside Sales & The 4 weeks of ATP is divided into 2 phases, 1st week of Class Room Training(CRT) and 3 weeks of On Job Training(OJT) - for Only BTC Center Sales

(A) PHASE 1: Classroom Training (CRT)
       1. CRT Phase will be conducted in the training location where we will cover the
           the aspect of BYJU'S sales process.
       2. You will be involved in various activities during this phase which will be rigorously evaluated by the end.
       3. Only the candidates who satisfactorily complete the CRT phase will be given an opportunity to start with
           the next phase of the training program.

(B) PHASE 2: On-the-Job Training (OJT)
       1. OJT Phase starts with the candidates who have successfully
             cleared the 1st phase.
       2. Candidates will be expected to generate revenue by implementing the theoretical knowledge acquired
             during the first phase into practice during the final of the OJT phase.
.      3.  Following the completion of the ATP, all input and output numbers will be closely monitored and
              reviewed to evaluate your eligibility to apply for the
              Business Development Associate (BDA) position at BYJU'S
