Description
We are looking for a Restaurant Front Desk Associate to serve as our guests first point of contact.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for customers.
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Experience - 0-2 Years of experience in QSR/Hospitality.
