Operational Responsibilities
- Healthcare claims policy servicing based on the training provided.
- A key member of the ABS Operations team.
- Key accountabilities include quality in service delivery meeting all SLA targets
- To process amendments in membership details for International policy holders
- A key member of the client service team. Meet productivity & quality targets in the role as processor
- Contribute towards process improvement initiatives within the organization
- Fulfil individual role in ISO compliance followed in the process/organization
Service Level Management
- Deliver in accordance with agreed key performance metrics of turnaround time, quality, productivity etc.
1. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Education and Experience
- Graduate / post-graduate degree
- Transaction processing experience desirable
