Job Description

Operational Responsibilities

  • Healthcare claims policy servicing based on the training provided.
  • A key member of the ABS Operations team.
  • Key accountabilities include quality in service delivery meeting all SLA targets
  • To process amendments in membership details for International policy holders
  • A key member of the client service team. Meet productivity & quality targets in the role as processor
  • Contribute towards process improvement initiatives within the organization
  • Fulfil individual role in ISO compliance followed in the process/organization

Service Level Management

  • Deliver in accordance with agreed key performance metrics of turnaround time, quality, productivity etc.

1. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Education and Experience

  • Graduate / post-graduate degree
  • Transaction processing experience desirable

  • Good logical, analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong client focus
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively
  • Ability to identify issues and risks and propose resolution
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team

Technical Competencies

  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel required
  • Ability to perform tasks on multiple computer applications

Language Skills

  • English - speaking, reading and writing

Shift timings: UK Shift

Work Location: Yelahanka & MFAR
