Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Set up project structures to clearly identify and then deliver the strategic aims of any project.

To be responsible for the development of workplace strategies for global corporate clients.

  • Participating in face-to-face engagement with client staff, including interviews, workshops and focus groups. Collate and summaries notes. Help prepare presentation slide decks.
  • Undertake activities to support key data gathering processes and tools including developing communications material and preparatory work related to client surveys and observation studies.
  • Leading & executing space utilization studies
  • Data collation and analysis and the creation of summary slides, diagrams, charts and other written material
  • Support the development of client business cases to impact on the drivers that frame real estate decisions, in client organizations.
  • Desk top analysis industry trends, benchmarking, plan analysis
  • Structure projects around client needs and develop solutions to match with the clients culture, goals, and infrastructure, and cost environment
  • Understand and interpret changes in clients' businesses and its drivers, to work with all stakeholders beyond Corporate Real Estate.
  • Apply a structured change management approach and methodology to support change processes in Workplace Strategy projects and change initiatives and beyond, taking advantage of wider business opportunities

Developing client-based change management strategies employing situational awareness of workplace change and human capital impacted by the change

  • Conducting change readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical, easy-to-understand and influential manner
  • Creating and managing measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes and subsequent review mechanisms
  • Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective tactical actions within a client change project
  • Working with communication, training, HR and OD specialists within the client relationship in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

  • MBA/PGDM from recognized university.

Experience

  • 0-2 years preferably in workplace strategy or change management

Other Skills & Abilities

  • Good communication (written and spoken) and comprehension skills
  • Fluency in MS Office suite (focus on power point, word & excel)
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and intelligently represent data in the context of the project
  • Ability to work in geographically dispersed teams and ensure adherence to instructions and timelines in a professional manner
