The Query Management team is accountable for the Inbound/Outbound calls and e-mail support to resolve client employee issues.

Experience 0 - 4 years work experience preferred including prior Shared Services / BPO and / or HR Operations experience
Location Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Qualification Graduate/ Post Graduate
Primary Responsibility
• Responding to queries via QRMS tool, email, or phone.
• Properly escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support.
• Tracking, routing and redirecting problems to correct resources.
• To provide answers confidently based on data and understanding of policy and process • Your primary interaction is within your team and your Immediate Reporting Manager
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Basic Knowledge of Income Tax, Statutory Compliance and Indian Payroll.
• Concise communication over email, phone, and in-person
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Pro-active and always pay attention to detail – this is critical when it comes to huge volume of transactions to be processed
• Flexible and dependable; willing to adjust work schedule as necessary to meet peak demands and client requirements
• May need to work on extra hours in case of special Client requirements
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Agility for quick learning
