Roles and Responsibilities
What You Will Be Doing:
Implement new processes that bring efficiency and scalability to our marketing and sales efforts
leveraging our project management system
Help drive the change management through documentation, training, timely check-ins, and
reports.
Proactively identify opportunity areas and inefficiencies in our marketing processes and help
define and implement the solution.
Drive regular follow-ups when necessary and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project
status to ensure on-time project launch.
Build and edit project templates to build project workback/plans in our project management
system
Administer Project management tool: Your day-to-day work involves system maintenance, bug
fixes, license assignment etc.
What You Need for this Position:
Minimum 0-2 years of total marketing experience in B2B technology marketing, inbound and
outbound digital marketing, demand generation, communications, or public relations.
Strong computer knowledge: Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for data manipulation and
analysis, Logical conditioning, data analytics mindset.
VBA and Macros, good to have
Demonstrated project management abilities, the ability to establish, communicate, and adhere
to timelines, and to work with multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines.
Experience in using a project management or ticketing system such as Clarizen, Jira, Wrike,
Asana, or Workfront a plus.
Ability to work under tight deadlines to drive value add to process
Excellent communication, problem-solving, logical, and analytical skills.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Education: BCA, BSC, B.Tech in Computer science or IT or BA/BS required in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
