Summary:

The position holder will be responsible for handling cash pickup requests and collection of payment from assigned geography. In this role, the qualified candidate will be required to visit customer’s location to collect payment, provide them with receipts, deposit collected payment in designated accounts in timely manner and keep all evidence of the cash handling. This person is responsible for ensuring that customer make payment and convince customer to make payment of their EMI in case of any reluctance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve Field Collections Target
• Receive requests for cash pickup
• Visit and collect cash from customers
• Deposit the collected cash in designated bank accounts and keep evidence of the transactions
• Call, visit, and convince customer to repay the EMI
• Work with provided tablet and relevant application to process and log information about the cases assigned
• Maintain clean appearance, positive and polite attitude towards customers
• Follow instructions from the Field coordination team and supervisor

Desired Profile:

• Minimum 10+2 pass out
• Own two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Clear communication with good convincing skills
• Basic Mathematical ability like simple calculations
• Basic computer knowledge
• Knowledge of assigned localities
• Hunger to succeed – Money / Career / Incentives
• Willingness to Learn / Process Oriented
