About the Role:
TresVista is looking to hire an Analyst in the Inside Sales team, who will be working directly with the Sales and Business Development Leaders of TresVista on projects across the sales life cycle. The activities will include (but are not limited to) prospecting, lead generation, sales pipeline management and outreach.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales and Business Development Leaders to create and maintain a pipeline of opportunities
Help generate new leads and facilitate pitch logistics
Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development processes
Partner with the Sales and Business Development Leaders to educate prospective and existing clients on TresVistas service lines, to drive overall client acquisition and customer adoption
Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals
Contribute to the overall operational strategy for client relationship management
Collaborate with different business verticals of TresVista to source required information
Execute deliverables efficiently and ensuring workflow coordination across teams
Prerequisites:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet client-driven deadlines
Attention to detail
Natural problem-solver: comfortable with ambiguity; able to both dive into operational tactics, and engage meaningfully in the big picture
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (viz. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to not only work independently but also be an effective team player
Basic knowledge of business development processes along with financial industry knowledge Work
