Overview of the role: The Analyst will be running productions and native redaction processing
Role and responsibilities
- Responsible for running productions and native redaction processing
- Ensure that standardized procedures and workflows are followed with all Global Operations related activities
- Manage timely completion of multiple requests including adjusting and reprioritizing work requests according to changing circumstances and needs
- Pro-active communication of status delivery updates to internal customer(s)
- Follow requirements outlined in the standard project instruction forms as provided by the project managers
- Document and track all aspects of the Global Operations activities in accordance with the standard procedure
- Provide customized reporting when requested, and pro-actively reporting such information to the appropriate project teams
- Validate and deliver processing results from multi-cultural and different time zones teams
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
Qualification & attributes
Experience
- 0-1 Years in E Discovery tools (Relativity)
- Expertise with MS Office applications including MS word/Excel/PowerPoint, Lotus notes,
- Open office
- Excellent business writing skills for effective email writing and reporting
Education

- Understanding of respective technology & possible application areas of the technology Ability to understand and effectively use any new software to perform the job
