6 Days working (Currently WFH)
Should be flexible working in 24x7 rotational shift
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Need to manage blended process wherein team members will be switched between Calls, Chat and Email.
- Need to engage the team in different activities to increase agent productivity & utilization
- Take the first level escalation; follow up with customer, client, dealer and internal stake holders to resolve customer query, concern or sales requirement
- Need to work and coordinate with different teams to derive the end results
- Take up and address the team issues and escalate appropriately
- Achieve KPIs / Targets assigned to team every week/month/year with quality
- Publish various reports internally & externally as per the timelines
- Maintain process hygiene and team spirit
- Work as a team player to achieve the common goal of the process & organization
- Handle peak volumes during specific campaigns/season
- Proactively work and highlight the scope of improvement for the betterment of process
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate should be flexible working in 24x7/ 365 days a year environment
- Candidate should be excellent in verbal and written communication skills
- Candidate should understand the CRM business and have min. 2 year of work experience as Team Leader
- Added advantage will be given to candidate with B Tech. in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
- Added advantage for candidates with experience of Sales or handling blended process
- Candidate should be able to handle Time and Pressure Management to deliver the standards within stipulated timelines
- Candidate should have a convincing skills to handle client & customers in critical situations
- Candidate should be flexible working on MS-Office and Web Based Applications
- Candidate should have basic knowledge of cars
