  • The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company's management team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining an organized work environment
  • This position requires excellent communication, organizational and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
  • Maintain an organized filing system for paper and electronic documents
  • Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other communications as needed
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
