Roles and Responsibilities
1. Process new activation documents for both prepaid and post paid services
2. Approve SIM exchange within TAT through correct approval of customer documents
3. Ensure document compliance and actively identify frauds
4. Retailer and doc pick-up partner management for effective training on document screening
5. Support TERM requirements as per need.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Should be able to influence and get buy in of cluster sales team on decisions
2. Quick thinking to take immediate steps to fix burning issues and challenges in a time bound manner.
3. Ability to work with partner teams to get deliveries done or respond responsibly and provide support to other functions.
