JOB DESCRIPTION-
- Communicates and coordinates with Campuses concerning audit procedures, deadlines, and other issues via email, phone, or written correspondence.
- Assesses and verifies program admission eligibility for all programs conducted across all campuses of ITM.
- Evaluates eligibility, academic and examination audits to ensure applicants have met all degree requirements and notify department/campuses of any deficiencies.
- Preparing and maintaining Audit reports on a time-to-time basis in stipulate formats.
- Maintains the student data for each conferral convocation as per stipulated norms and policy.
- Supports and works in the Central Registrar Office in other duties as needed or requested.
