About The Role The Account Intern will be responsible for maintaining and updating critical information in the company's database. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining data integrity. Qualifications 1. Post Graduate Degree/Graduate Degree required in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com, B.Com/M.Com Hons) 2. Relevant internship or project experience in accounting, taxation. 3. Fundamental knowledge of bookkeeping, GST (Good and Service Tax), and TDS (Tax Deduction at Source). 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel. 5. Knowledge in Invoicing and calculating GST is a plus. 6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. 9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Responsibilities 1. Enter critical and relevant information and data into the company's database. 2. Review data for accuracy and completeness and make corrections as necessary. 3. Assist in preparing and issuing accurate invoices for clients and industry experts, ensuring alignment with project deliverables and timelines. 4. Work with other team members to ensure data is entered consistently and accurately. 5. Ensure data confidentiality and security are always maintained. 6. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity. 7. Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
