Job Description
š¹ Key Responsibilities
Entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company systems
Verifying and reviewing data for errors or discrepancies
Managing spreadsheets, records, and documentation
Generating reports and summaries when required
Ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with internal policies
Coordinating with internal teams for validation and updates
š¹ Required Skills
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, basic reporting)
Good typing speed with high accuracy
Attention to detail and time management skills
Professional email communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
š¹ Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline
2ā4 years of relevant data entry / backend operations experience
Comfortable working on on-site systems
