Description
Good knowledge on US recruitment life cycle.
Utilize multiple recruiting sources including but not limited job boards, social networking sites
and internal database.
Source and screen the candidates according to the Job requirement.
Interview candidates to identify skills and criteria for their client requirement
Utilize innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent.
Coordinate with the Account managers to get a feedback on the interviewed candidate.
Required Candidate profile
Excellent Communication Skills (written and Oral)
Experience with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) & Visas ( H1b/GC/EAD/L1/OPT)
Good Interviewing Techniques
Go getter attitude, ability to think out of the box.
Must have a LAPTOP & BROADBAND CONNECTION
