Summary
1. Chat/Web-Chat Associate
2. Analyst utilizing hands-on Customer Engagement
3. Solving Queries over Web-chat process within the given time span
Work Location: Pune
Cab Facility provided if living in transport boundary (both ways)
Primary Responsibilities
1. Customer engagement over live chats
2. Identify and resolve escalated customer issues
3. Find alternate solutions by researching and exploring information using available resources.
Skills and Competencies
1. 6 months+ experience in web chat with excellent command over English
2. FRESHER can also apply
3. Good typing speed of over 25 WPM and 90% accuracy
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word)
5. The candidate has to be a quick learner, high on energy and must have a flair for customer processes
6. Willing to work in 24x7 Shifts
7. Work from Office
